A restaurant with creative and tasty cuisine not far from the center of Nancy.
At l'Essentiel, lunch or dinner is served in an authentic family setting. The cuisine is both tasty and innovative. Damien Gérard and his son, at the helm, concoct a varied, fresh French cuisine that follows the seasons, using local produce in short circuits. The plates are well presented, offering a lovely harmony of flavors, ingredients and colors. Carla, on duty, is welcoming and smiling, the cuisine varied and the value for money right on target. What more can we say?
