The Becker story began in 1929, when a farmhouse was converted into a mill due to its proximity to the rich grain-growing lands of the Kochersberg, Strasbourg's granary. The Becker family, millers for five generations, produce quality flours here for both artisan bakers and private customers. Some thirty varieties of flour are on offer. You can order your flours online, or take advantage of the mill's small van tour to make your purchases right on your doorstep!
