Bonne recommandation du "jeune patron" pour le vin (bio). Tarte aux oignons très savoureuse. Sandre (parfaitement cuit) sur choucroute (sans choucroute oups) délicieux avec ses spaetzle. Autres plats très bien. Et pour finir, tarte maison aux mirabelles (dernière portion du soir) délicieuse, elle aussi. "Nicolas" et sa jeune équipe assurent avec brio la relève pour ce restaurant de famille qui a failli disparaître... Bonne continuation.
