DOMAINE DE LA COUTURE

The Domaine de la Couture produces poultry (chicken, duck) and manufactures foie gras. The animals are caught in and out of the cereals. You will also find rabbits, lambs, milk pigs, homemade salami, cheeses, jams and syrups produced with fruit from the orchard, and mushrooms. The farm produces shiitakés, pholiotes and oyster mushrooms. The cultivation can be visited. The products are tasted in the farm-hostel. They are also sold locally and on local markets. The farm also proposes products made by neighbours: honey, saffron, apple juice and goat cheese. It belongs to the network Welcome to the Farm.
