Restaurant offering a refined cuisine with local products.

A few years after the takeover of the Auberge de la Vallée, gastronomic guides, including two toques at the Gault & Millau, have noticed Sébastien Proux's work. With the Chef and his wife at the helm, the gastronomy invites itself to Crozant. The menu of the day proposed at lunchtime mixes mastery, ambition and love of local products. For example: salad of red mullet fillet and broccoli purée with mint oil, pan-fried foie gras with vanilla and medlar compote, Berry chicken leg, scallops and Jerusalem artichokes, creamy Dulcey chocolate and fresh mango compote. The menu changes regularly. The refined cuisine pays tribute to the chosen products: fruit from the garden, cheeses and local meats (baronet lamb, Limousin beef, cul-noir pork). A refined address!

tout en finesse, même le plus simple
Nous avons choisi, pour faire vite, la salle réservé aux pèlerins de Compostelle, où on sert un menu unique simple(du jour) et bon marché.
Tout est préparé avec le même soin que dans la grande salle, sauf qu'il s'agit de produits simples. c'est absolument divin d'y prendre un repas , goûteux , simple et pourtant original

Affligeant pour un menu à 49€
Au menu à 49€, un choix entre 2 entrées et plat unique ! Entrées un fois gras sans saveur et un riz de veau élastique!! Le plat, attention, un morceau de Merlan (boeuf) sans goût avec une sauce brune toute prête, avec un accompagnement affligeant, à ce prix là c'est un scandale, pourquoi ce restaurant mérite t'il des compliments??

Si vous passez à Crozant pour visiter les ruines ou faire la vallée de la Sedelle, faites un arrêt dans ce superbe restaurant tant par sa décoration que par la qualité de ses plats. L'accueil est parfait, simple et sympathique. Le propriétaire passionné et passionnant. Dès que je suis dans la région, j'y fais un arrêt !!

The Auberge De La Vallée run by a chef, with the reputation is now world-wide. The welcome by the owners is warm, friendly atmosphere and you feel at is. The often changing menus, are always a moment of discovered that takes you pleasures.
This place is recommended highly that want to have a good time and have good memories gourmet.
