Located in the village at the foot of Mont Canigó and the Abbey of Saint-Martin du Canigó, Hôtel Princess is a 3-star establishment with fully-equipped rooms decorated in a refined, classic style. In the restaurant, hotel residents and guests are welcomed in a pleasant air-conditioned dining room or on the shaded terrace. The restaurant offers a daily menu featuring simple, flavorful cuisine with a hint of sunshine. The deliberately short menu includes more sophisticated suggestions, such as red quinoa with herbs and king prawns with vegetable shavings as a starter; oven-roasted monkfish aumônière with Serrano and Granny Smith apples, tomatoes, lemon and fresh basil as a main course; or duck confit Cécilia style, sorrel flower sauce, mashed potatoes with olive oil. As for vegetarians, there's a dish specially designed for them. To end the meal on a sweet note, let yourself be tempted by the strawberry ice cream with fresh basil and lime... and you'll find it hard to resist the Princess cup (apricot and peach ice cream drizzled with muscatel and topped with chantilly cream). All served with a big smile, and that counts too!

En ce qui concerne notre carte de restauration qui se compose de 5 entrées, 7 plats ou salades et 6 desserts c'est un choix que nous faisons, étant adhérant du parc national des Pyrénées et à ce titre, privilégions nos producteurs locaux tout en étant très attentifs au gaspillage alimentaire.
C'est avec plaisir que nous vous accueillerons de nouveau dans notre établissement.
