Service
Yes, it is a family, home staff is very attentive and cosy setting. Vernet is very pretty and there is full of things with fauire and see in the area, and many activities. I have 3 years ago, I am not ready to return to other larger structures!
A small (does not make fiesta thermal chain) city. Small problems parking, not parking depending on the hour. The staff is very nice... Too long wait with the welcome for inscriptions and program including times Monday. The facilities are no recent or modern but very clean. Very noisy in the service baths and showers jet. No mud treatments or cataplasms... water (baths, showers, pools, etc...). Equipment is provided (pleasant terry bathrobes and towels). Nothing to buy on site for the treatments in respiratory tracts. The programme hours is respected, sometimes a little waiting between 2 treatments, but you can occupied (read for example) or rest in the relaxation room.
