Installed in the department for more than 40 years, Pierre Vila has passed on all his secrets to his son Jérôme who took over the ship in 2008. Today, Maison Vila is a small fleet of 8 employees that has expanded its activities in the catering range: banquets, weddings, seminars, room rentals... Jérôme is proud of his new cured meats dryer and for good reason, deli meats are a pure delight! The local meats are honoured, the advice is always fair, in short, we feel the professionalism of this growing structure which has kept its soul simple, true and artisanal. Customers are always satisfied at Maison Vila, and so are we.
