«After 20 years in the commercial sector, I wanted to convert to the Earth.» 40 years was turning time. Today Jef is a peasant glacier. Paysan because he cultivates his own fruits and aromatic plants in organic farming. Glacier because with love, know-how and a little witchcraft, it turns the fresh product.
