«After 20 years in the commercial sector, I wanted to convert to the Earth.» 40 years was turning time. Today Jef is a peasant glacier. Paysan because he cultivates his own fruits and aromatic plants in organic farming. Glacier because with love, know-how and a little witchcraft, it turns the fresh product. In his workshop in Sorède, he carried out in small series, and entirely by hand, a range of sorbets, jams and syrups. Made with respect for nature, their manufacture is made from a generous serving of fresh fruits, picked at perfect maturity. The availability of perfumes depends on the season and the harvest. And we can tell you… everything is delicious!
