This vineyard, which has been in existence since 1897, today covers 23 hectares of land, mainly made up of Pliocene terraces: clay and sandy soils containing numerous quartz pebbles. Created by the merger of the cooperatives of Saleilles and Canet in 1988, the company is now called "Les Vignobles du Soleil". This group includes more than 90 winegrowers, for a surface area of 250 ha (on a quaternary alluvial soil), united by the values of cooperation.
