Seasonal and market cuisine, homemade, using fresh local produce, in a restaurant in Saleilles.

Here you will find one of the most beautiful menus in the department. Let me tell you about a dish on the menu worthy of a Verlaine poem; grilled sea bass fillet, sea urchin coral emulsion, spinach cannelloni and onion butter au gratin with parmesan. All the titles invite the gourmet to ecstasy. Of course, the menus change according to the seasons and the market, because here everything is fresh, local and home-made. Petite suggestion : proposer un accord mets et vins qui s’accorde au menu puisque c’est un menu surprise.

très jolie découverte, un très bon rapport qualité prix, 2 entrées, 2 plats (poisson et viande) avec accompagnement et un dessert. Un service digne des très grands. Pas de musique et c'est très bien. Je conseille vivement les yeux fermés et je recommande fortement. Là je reviendrais et en plus on peut offrir des cartes cadeaux ? Excellent concept attrayant. A bientôt.
