Bistro with terrace offering traditional Catalan cuisine.

Nathalie and Joël moved from Labastide to give a second life to the bistro of Saint-Marsal countries. They come from the Gers they left 4 years ago. Joël, butcher, we comment on his kitchen. «We have not forgotten it, neither foie gras nor in our menus, we wanted to offer traditional Catalan cuisine.» " Fideua, zarzuela, paella, or snails (from a local producer). restaurant annoncé ouvert ,menu affiché à l'entrée ,portes ouvertes il est 12h45 et là le patron sort de sa cuisine et nous annonce qu'il ne fait pas de restauration aujourd'hui sans dire bonjour ni rien, Très déçu de ce type d'accueil ,à fuir

Sympathique bistrot de pays en haut-vallespir. Situé sur la place du petit village c'est une halte bienvenue dans ce secteur assez isolé où l'on vous servira une cuisine locale, traditionnelle et savoureuse pour un prix contenu.
