Patrice Ey is the darling of restaurateurs, his tomatoes enchant their cuisine. Rose de Berne, coeur de boeuf, petite poire are some of the pretty names you will find on the stalls. The reputation of this farmer is well established, we go there with our eyes closed. You will also find beautiful poultry, goat and sheep cheese, olives, oil, jams and honey from the region. The farm is located at the entrance of Saint-Estève when you arrive from Perpignan. Do not miss the new educational farm for the "nins".
