The music of Mas Alegria is so sweet, with the sounds of Mickaël's knives slicing and dicing in the kitchen, and pans crackling in the dining room, and Florence greeting her customers with professionalism and kindness. From starters to desserts, the chef prepares dishes using fresh, local produce, from lunchtime specials to Saturday night bistronomic dishes. Mickaël works beautifully with Mediterranean fish and seasonal vegetables, which he likes to cook in 3 different ways. Gourmet friends, enjoy!
