At Domaine Léonine, we like to joke when we taste, but we don't joke with the work of the wine, which can be summed up in three words: nature, nature and still nature. Nature wine? Natural wine ? For this couple who have been living here for 15 years, one of the keys to the success of organic agriculture is to observe the vine: "See how it reacts, lives and monitors its health.
