In the southernmost village of France, only one delicatessen was missing from the end of the world. Michel and Cathy Nou, 31 years of profession and passion, do not progressive with quality: homemade meats, local meats (Rosée of the Pyrenees, Fleuron Fleuron…), prepared dishes and other wonders about which the inhabitants of the village and elsewhere do not dry. You won't be lying because the shop, whatever the time, does not always. Everything is good but special mention for the white butifare (Catalan boudin) which has no equal in the valley and much further. Clean, conscientious work and never forget a smile to customers.

charcuterie d exception
nous sommes d ancien habitant de prats et chaque annèe nous faisons le deplacement de sete pour la charcuterie exceptionnelle du boudin noir blanc au patè en passant par les saucissons ETC un delice . n hesitè pas foncè vous serez pas decu .

Nous venons d'achever notre dernier pot de charcuterie achetée chez Michel Nou : Galantine de dinde savoureuse à souhait, remarquablement assaisonnée tout comme tout ce que nous avions acheté chez M. et Mme Nou.
Las, nous habitons à Bruxelles ! Il nous faudra revenir à Prats si ce n'est que pour nous réapprovisionner.
