Restaurant offering an inventive cuisine of the terroir concocted by Patrick Roig.

Patrick has kept the practical snack formula at noon when you are in a hurry. As for the menu, you will have local products on your plate, with many local cheeses. Escalivade with fresh and semi-dried goat's cheese, gizzards with tomato and goat's cheese jam, Serrano ham with ewe's tomme, chicken stuffed with small vegetables and almonds with potato pulp with Roquefort cheese, brochettes of prawns with shellfish mousseline, and homemade desserts. In the dining room, the smiling Fanny is at the service. Two terraces, one overlooking the ramparts, the other shaded on the pedestrian street.

Mi compañero pidió albóndigas, y dice que buenas. Sin embargo, mi "croque monsieur" era simplemente un sandwich mixto a la plancha; una tomadura de pelo. El servicio no excesivamente amable ni intersado en favorecer la comunicación, quizás por no dominar su idioma.

Excellent petit restaurant, cadre agréable et service impeccable malgré la foule du 15 août. Le seul ouvert à l'année dans le vieux Prats, nous reviendrons hors saison, c'est sûr.

Bonjour. Nous avons prit uniquement du snack à emporter. Frites, burger, panini, américain. C’est très simple et pas excessif. Donc rien d’exceptionnel. Cependant le restaurant à l’intérieur en service à table avait l’air très sympa et la carte donnée envie. Je met quand même 4 étoiles car je suis certaine que les plats de la carte sont délicieux. À bientôt peut-être. Merci.
