Restaurant offering an inventive cuisine of the terroir concocted by Patrick Roig.
Patrick has kept the practical snack formula at noon when you are in a hurry. As for the menu, you will have local products on your plate, with many local cheeses. Escalivade with fresh and semi-dried goat's cheese, gizzards with tomato and goat's cheese jam, Serrano ham with ewe's tomme, chicken stuffed with small vegetables and almonds with potato pulp with Roquefort cheese, brochettes of prawns with shellfish mousseline, and homemade desserts. In the dining room, the smiling Fanny is at the service. Two terraces, one overlooking the ramparts, the other shaded on the pedestrian street.

Mi compañero pidió albóndigas, y dice que buenas. Sin embargo, mi "croque monsieur" era simplemente un sandwich mixto a la plancha; una tomadura de pelo. El servicio no excesivamente amable ni intersado en favorecer la comunicación, quizás por no dominar su idioma.
