L'Aramon Gourmand has been a gastronomic reference for over ten years. Philippe and his wife Nathalie welcome us to share their love for a frank, gourmet and sunny cuisine. The best products of our rich soil are sublimated. Here, Roque de Collioure anchovies, foie gras, Vedell veal, Cerdanya pork, fish products, grilled vegetables, Roussillon fruits, mató, banyuls, maury, byrrh, rancio... are brilliantly highlighted, in a whirlwind of flavors, from appetizer to dessert.
