Académie Lax is a training centre for the hotel, restaurant and tourism trades. Here, CAP pastry, cook waiter, hotel receptionist, waiter, but also CAP childcare, shop assistant, home help... are taught. Un accueil très chaleureux , le service très pro! La cuisine fait maison est juste excellente , la présentation des plats est très soignée .
