During the purchase, it was given to me says computer accompanied by a copy of the bill. This computer was bought, original gift Baker.
On the aforementioned bill " is mentioned; Extension 3 deposit ans" no specific mention " AppleCare" it is true but I fié in the description standing in window and confirmed by the seller.
It is computer was sold me including with the guarantee AppleCare 3ans, offering me an after-sales service Apple for any software panne or material international level.
Before leaving during the day the purchase I asked again confirmation about the deposit. According to them, if I had the least problem, it was enough for me to come looking for the original bill at home and the shop Baker would suit for repair if it were necessary.
I decide today (February 5th, 2010) to check the conditions AppleCare deposit on site Apple and I realize that the deposit is valid only until March 29th, 2011.
Very surprised, contact the shop cash fast and the seller precise me, for them, there was a deposit AppleCare 3ans and advise me to take contract shop Baker for me to confirm.
When my call the shop Baker, one says me for this art, never was deposit AppleCare 3ans but a deposit manufacturer 1 years which was added an extension of 2ans Baker.
This extension deposit is valid only national level and is not transferable. It would therefore mean that my computer would be guaranteed more only until March 29th, 2011 instead of March 30th, 2013).
So I reconnect with the shop and the same are speaking me request to wait a few moments and not having the microphone his telephone, I hear it to say its superior he had not notice the problem of the deposit and for him, when buying ingredients, it was a AppleCare extension (as it sold it to me). IT openly allowed being himself misled.
A few minutes after, manager of the shop follows the conversation. I can suggest a solution to the reason by amicable agreement him that there had been doll during the sale. So I offer them to deal with half of the amount of a real extension AppleCare 3ans is 175€ (349€/2).
