Christophe Comes, starred chef and Toque Blanche du Roussillon, is passionate about the products of the land. His motto: "Picked at dawn, prepared in the morning, eaten at lunchtime". It's a real festival of flavours from his orchard and vegetable garden: tomatoes, courgettes, Japanese radishes... and lots of herbs too. The beautiful part is made with his small corner of land that he cultivates with love, with the fishing of the day, with the best things of the moment. He shares with us his passionate cooking through creative recipes full of a moving sincerity.

2ème fois pour nous dans cette ????, aucune faute.
mention spéciale pour la tomate, la betterave (que nous avions eu avec des Saint-Jacques en supplément l'année dernière), le rouget et les desserts.
nous reviendrons à nouveau, tester la carte printemps/été cette fois-ci !

Uiteraard fantastisch eten in een sterrenzaak. In de bediening leek een dame er niet veel zin in te hebben. Sfeer was niet helemaal onze smaak maar verder prima.
