Christophe Comes, starred chef and Toque Blanche du Roussillon, is passionate about the products of the land. His motto: "Picked at dawn, prepared in the morning, eaten at lunchtime". It's a real festival of flavours from his orchard and vegetable garden: tomatoes, courgettes, Japanese radishes... and lots of herbs too. The beautiful part is made with his small corner of land that he cultivates with love, with the fishing of the day, with the best things of the moment. He shares with us his passionate cooking through creative recipes full of a moving sincerity.
