Eric, the owner, has a real culture of food and meat. "I want to please the customer and make him enjoy himself. His human-sized restaurant serves bistronomic cuisine that is as simple and delicious as he is. We always come back to the Source, because the meats are as tender as butter. Generous quantities, impeccable prices... A sure value!
