The Petit Futé has been following this Tour de France companion for a few years now and does not regret it. Following in the footsteps of his masters, Serge only works with fresh, seasonal products with the know-how inherited from his years of apprenticeship with the best, but with that personal touch that sublimates his dishes. Des produits de saison très bien travaillés et très bien présentés.
Une expérience pour les papilles le tout dans une ambiance calme et raffinée.
Le menu à 35€ est d'un excellent rapport qualité/prix !
Il existe des plats à la carte ou bien un menu "inspiration" en 3 ou 4 plats (entrée, plat de poisson, plat de viande, dessert : 45 eur). Il s'agit en fait d'un menu établi en fonction des plats à la carte (et non pas vraiment une inspiration, mais pas genant).
C'est bien maîtrisé, de belles saveurs. Je recommande.
