Sandrine and Olivier's children have taken over the gourmet restaurant with a seafood theme, combining the experience of an oyster-fisherman with the know-how of a top chef. Extra-fresh" products from the adjoining fishponds, a single credo: "cuisine at the service of the sea", with the motto: choose your fish, we'll cook it for you! Seafood lovers can choose from a wide range of platters. And let's not forget the delicious sushi. It's more than just the 7th Vague, it's a tsunami of flavors!

40 minutes d'attente pour prendre la commande...mise en bouche qui donne pas envie. Les noix de St Jacques trop cuites, le riz safrané, je le cherche encore, les petits gâteaux du café gourmand immangeables,le tartare de thon vraiment très bof...franchement très déçue. Je ne recommande pas

Le seul hic pour moi a été la "fraicheur" de la salle ... mais après demande de ma part auprès du serveur, il a augmenté un peu le chauffage ;-)
