The best pasta in a restaurant located on the Place de Perpignan.
Just a few steps from the Castillet, you can find a real dago. Aldo is the pope of pasta, the best you can find in Perpignan. Be careful ! no pizzas here, we come for the pasta, let's say it ! Tortellini, fusilli, spaghetti, tagliatelle, gnocchi, lasagne, cannelloni, penne... and risottos. And then there's the Italian way of cooking, you're in the mood. Aldo is affable: he never hesitates to say nice things to his customers. That's how it is with him. You go there for the food, for the setting and for the atmosphere.

Restaurant trop bruyant. Vin commandé il est sur la carte mais n'existe plus. Vin catalan médiocre. Escalopes milanaises sans saveur et réchauffées au micro-ondes.
