Maria and Tomaso, two real Italians with a traveling accent, welcome you to their little trattoria in the city centre. Of course, we'll find pasta and pizzas on the menu, but where the couple innovates is by offering a gluten-free dough that's really good and almost makes you forget that there's no wheat! When we ask Tomaso the secret of this success, he explains that it is not only the quality of the ingredients but also the cooking. Succeeding al dente is not so simple. With or without gluten, the flavours are unbelievable. Congratulations! Let's get out of the classic menu for a moment because Tomaso can, on order, make special dishes that breathe in deep and authentic Italy - a cuisine from the land and the countryside.
