If you used to avoid Asian restaurants which make all-you-can-eat buffet and you were right! But here, at Sam, you have real professionals who will bluff you. Grilled meats à la planxa, a sushi bar (very fresh), Asian "tapas" and a caterer space for take-away dishes. You are told 80 different dishes, but it is according to the arrivals, because almost everything is local, well, do not be disappointed, believe me, it is a guarantee of quality. Every week, an independent laboratory comes to take samples in cuisine and on the buffet, I personally attended the collection of tuna, salmon, duck and other nems, sushi and makis. Guests left all with a smile which is a guarantee of satisfaction. For my part, it would not take me long to go back there with friends.
