A guinguette in the countryside (less than 5 minutes from Perpignan and at the end of the Mas Chabry car park) in a very rural and rather cosy and trendy atmosphere, a small illuminated garden and Manon's smile: welcome to Le Petit Chabry. The concept is simple: share with the people who come here, put the customer at ease and have a good time. We enjoy small hot or cold dishes. "The menu changes often," Manon comments,"but I keep the essentials like the yarrow of tomatoes confit with goat cheese and basil and the tuna tataki with sesame and coriander, and the famous mayo Chabry! "Where does this inspiration come from? Of Greek and Spanish origin, they have always cooked in the family. Manon is off the beaten track, innovating and full of other ideas for this year.
