It's a journey to the heart of Spain and through Catalonia that your taste buds will make with Pa amb tomate. The menu is not very extensive but the products are fresh and the charcuterie finely selected. The tapas rations on offer are generally generous. As for the famous tortilla (Spanish omelette), it is rich and tasty. If the more mountainous part of Spain is represented by the jamón and its variations: bellota, duroc, pata negra..., the coast is also present in this restaurant: shrimps, razor clams... Enric and esther serve real tapas as in Spain, and have even added a touch of originality to some of them. The cooking is simple but very inventive. One wonders where Enric gets all these recipes. And if the salty treat keeps all its promises, it's the same with the sweet treat. As far as the atmosphere is concerned, this intimate place undeniably resembles the Iberian brasseries: good atmosphere and good mood are there every day. Don't forget to make a reservation as this place has its regulars and is often full, even on Mondays. Why do so many people flock to the Pa amb Tomate when other restaurants count empty tables during on weekdays: because the food is tasty, the owners are lovely and the prices are really reasonable.
