In the heart of the old village of granite houses, the Petit Faubourg invites you to take a break for lunch or simply to have a drink on its vast terrace planted in front of the superb chevet of the Romanesque church of Osséja. Side by side, the restaurant and bar La Taverne du Chevalier offer vegetarian dishes: curry, couscous, spaghetti bolognaises and a gluten or lactose free cuisine. Sabine, Laurent and David, at the controls of the shop, will also delight carnivores with local products: Tirabuxo pig (raised in the open air), beef from the Cerdages pastures and on order real Mediterranean fish from the Palamos auction! In both summer and winter, the atmosphere remains warm and lively. "I love Cerdanya and I love people," confides Laurent, a strong character in a face who doesn't have his tongue in his pocket and who could spend hours without stopping talking about his love of life. Also on the menu are the famous pizzas that are still unequalled in Cerdanya. A place that we love as much for its cuisine as for its friendly atmosphere.
