Ophélie and Félix chose Opoul to raise their herd of goats. 150 animals that roam on more than 300 ha : "an extensive breeding on wild garrigues where thyme, rosemary and oaks constitute the essential food of the goats", comments Félix. The range of cheeses is varied: fresh, semi-dry, goat tomme, meli-mato, recooked paste... and everything is organic, bravo! You will also find local products and organic please. Bravo !
