We've come a long way to sit at the table of Pierre-Louis Marin, a starred chef. He offers us a cuisine of instinct, inspired by the products of the moment and the terroir. A creative, elegant, seductive and fair cuisine that we take pleasure in discovering every season. The flavours of each ingredient exhale all their richness in carefully presented plates. In the glass, you will find local nuggets from the Agly valley and a little further afield. The very attractive midday formula really deserves the detour to Montner.

Auberge amb restautant al poble de Montner.
El restaurant és de cuina d’alt nivell amb varietat de menús degustació i opció de preus. El servei es molt atent, fins i tot ens han parlat amb castellà en l’explicació de les diferents elaboracions. Els plats estan cuinats amb delicadesa utilitzant productes frescos i naturals. El salmó marinat espectacular i el postre d’ous sense ous deliciosos.
Una experiència totalment recomanable.
L’hotel és petit, només té quatre habitacions amb un aire retro encantador. Estàn equipades amb tot luxe de detalls, fins i tot hi ha una cafetera de càpsules.
Bon lloc per admirar les vistes de la zona i gaudir de l’entorn vinícola.

"Un déjeuner exquis au restaurant, où les saveurs automnales du potimarron et de la figue ont dansé en harmonie sur mon palais. Les accords parfaits avec les vins ont ajouté une touche magique à cette expérience gastronomique."

Nous avons été très bien accueilli et le service au restaurant était super ! Dans l’assiette, les mets sont raffinés et surtout pour un très bon rapport qualité prix !
La literie était très confortable et le petit déjeuner très copieux. Le chef est très présent et participe au service, ce qui rend l’expérience encore plus agréable. Nous avons passé un très bon moment. Merci
