Restaurant offering tapas and healthy natural cuisine by chef Paul Chau-Phat.

The "industrial" spirit of the 19th century permeates the restaurant. On the plate, a light and tasty "Cuisine Santé Nature®" reserved for residents, and a "Cuisine d'Appétit®" with a southern flavour for gourmet escapades, both signed by Michel Guérard and prepared by chef Paul Chau-Phat. Also to be discovered, the new "Picoti Picota" formula, offered at lunchtime (or in the evening on reservation) for an "all tapas" meal. Nice wine list.

Si Molitg n'était pas si loin, je ferais bien du Café Casals ma cantine. N'étant pas en cure, nous avons choisi le menu cuisine d'appétit, mais les curistes, qui ne mangeaient pas comme nous, étaient visiblement content de leurs assiettes. Cadre intérieur et extérieur topissime tout comme le repas.

The setting is beautiful, modern décor and traditional at the same time. The important thing happens in the dish. As a resident, we enjoyed the " cuisine Health-Nature" : a delight for the palate, the eyes and good health: light but sufficient, a mix of texture, perfumes and feeling cold- heat. A few examples: hot and cold dishes red mullet candied carrots to cumin, grilled cod steamed liquorice, hammered cotta with verbena and strawberry sauce...
The " Appétit" cuisine; is much less light but equally delicious: candied lamb with crumble dill- apricot and gratin pasta sauce with chanterelles, just to mention.
In short, four days of treatments tastebuds, thermal treatments body... happiness!
