The Petit Futé has found a gem! Chantal runs one of the cheapest restaurants in the department and her speciality is home-made food. She offers products that she prepares in her kitchen. In winter, you can enjoy sauerkraut, because Chantal is from Alsace, but also beef bourguignon as a suggestion. When the weather is fine, the seasonal products change and the vegetables from Salanque are used to enhance the meat and fish, while the beautiful fruits from the Roussillon and Vallespir plains give colour to the plates and enhance your desserts.
