Philippe is one of the few winegrowers in the Conflent. Low yields, manual pressing, punching of the cap... Minimalist work, old-fashioned and organic agriculture, all sprinkled with a lot of love and passion. Carignan, grenache and syrah will delight your taste buds. The vintages of this "garage wine" (because Philippe vinifies in his garage) are straight and well balanced. The juices are full-bodied, colourful and there is a little sweetness that seduces us. Between 4 and 5,000 bottles per year, no more, so hurry up. We'll say it again, a little wine that's on the rise...
