The clientele is unanimous, the Ferme des Lloses is a universe of flavours in itself. At the same time cheese refiner, organic grocery, wine bar, cellar and catering restaurant, you can find organic fruits and vegetables in season as well as fresh and natural products selected and labelled. The cheese department is of course the cornerstone of the establishment, with a large choice of farmhouse cheeses from the Pyrenees, the Alps, the Jura and elsewhere, which are carefully selected. Alain and his son are cheese ripeners, "breeders of great cheese"!
