Christine Campadieu, Vincent Cantié and recently, Jean Baills, all the three talented winemakers, offer today a range of wines that are very typical of the region by their minerality, in white, rosé, red and ,of course, in sweet. For tasting, the white collioure Les Canadells vintage slightly rancio is ideal to accompany anchovies, the remarkable Rosé des Roches collioure, as well as the red Puig Oriol. Special mention for the Rimage banyuls which is, with its late bottling, worth a visit.
