The starred chef Laurent Lemal illuminates this beautiful house with his gastronomic brilliance. And it deserves its shining star. On the one hand for the beauty of the site: the sea as far as the eye can see and the elegance of the room. And on the other hand, for the quality of the dishes offered by the talented chef. No one can remain indifferent to the inventive cuisine, with its insolent sobriety, of this extraordinary chef. The titles of the dishes are a bit long, but we know what to expect, sublime from start to finish... And we're not even talking about the dessert! The site is wonderful.

Repas parfait avec découverte des plats au fur et à mesure du menu ( vous précisez juste au début du repas ce que vous n’aimez pas) . La présentation est parfaite, la vue sur la baie de Collioure sublime et le personnel très agréable, une mention spéciale pour notre jeune serveur et le sommelier qui a su nous conseiller sans nous assommer au niveau des prix! Nous reviendrons c’est certain!
