The starred chef Laurent Lemal illuminates this beautiful house with his gastronomic brilliance. And it deserves its shining star. On the one hand for the beauty of the site: the sea as far as the eye can see and the elegance of the room. And on the other hand, for the quality of the dishes offered by the talented chef. No one can remain indifferent to the inventive cuisine, with its insolent sobriety, of this extraordinary chef. The titles of the dishes are a bit long, but we know what to expect, sublime from start to finish... And we're not even talking about the dessert! The site is wonderful.

No está mal. Los platillos principales son deliciosos. Pero debería de mejorar su nivel de atención, servicio, información impresa, mejorar platillos no principales y el maridaje por tener 1 estrella michellin. Las vistas son lindas. Un abraxo.

Dans un cadre privilégié avec une superbe vue sur Collioure, nous avons redécouvert le plaisir de manger des produits locaux. Des plats gouteux, des gouts qui font voyager le palais, un service irréprochable. Merci toute l'équipe.

PS : Une version adaptée et personnalisée pour végétariens en parallèle de mon menu nous à permis de profiter pleinement de l'expérience.... merci d'être attentif aux gouts de chacun.
