In Cassagnes, a small village perched on a plateau between 300 and 400 m, the very specific terroir, composed of gneiss, is conducive to the production of fine, fresh and elegant wines. Organic since 2015, the Modat family continues its quest for excellence by working 15 hectares according to the principles of biodynamics.
