Inn offering a beautiful traditional seasonal cuisine in Hoenheim.
The restaurant has a half-timbered, brick red facade. The Auberge du Cheval Noir has been in existence for 300 years and offers a beautiful traditional seasonal cuisine. Classics, but also Alsatian dishes, simmered with great care: Mamama style melknefles with green salad... And for a perfect harmony of dishes, the hostel offers a food/wine pairing and different menus. You will have the choice to discover this fine and authentic cuisine! The staff is efficient and smiling. The typical Alsatian decoration conceals wonders of local woodwork, such as coffered ceilings, carved beams, marquetry and magnificent paintings.

Un super moment très agréable ! Le repas était délicieux ???? surtout pour un 31 décembre ! Tout était parfait !

Petite déception car malgré le service impeccable, la belle présentation et le vin fin, on me sert des girolles à la place de morilles avec ma pièce de veau, pas d'excuses, ni de geste commercial... La communication honnête est la base d'une bonne relation avec la clientèle. Une petite saucière de complément aurait également été appréciée. Le sorbet cerises manquait également de goût.

Service pas très chaleureux, association vin ???? et plats pas apprécié pour ce qui est du vin rouge, caution encaissé par erreur avec 'nécessite de retourner au resto pour se faire rembourser, lamentable
