In 2023, Elodie and Adrien took over this family-run brasserie and expanded it, making it the centerpiece of Villefort. A large terrace with thirty tables in summer, and three stone-built rooms out of season. The menu is simple: grilled meats, tartars, burgers and salmon tartare. The charcuterie comes from the neighboring Mathieu butcher's shop. Service is efficient and friendly. The bar is open from sunrise to 1 a.m. in season, and specializes in twelve varieties of Belgian beer.
