APIMOUSSE
Christelle Gonella belongs to this category of people who like to combine knowledge. In particular, she managed the Dijon food safety department and worked at the Lozère departmental veterinary services department. She is now a soap maker and beekeeper! And it is the Mas d'Ardenne, an old schist and granite building in the town of Servières, that she chose to take to the water and fly on her own. To make her soaps, called Apimousse, Christelle Gonella has put aside everything that is silicone or paraben. This new farmer and craftsman mixes - always cold to respect the environment - oils, fats or butters, often organic, with soda. This ancient and traditional method allows him to obtain surgras soaps rich in glycerin, and generous in honey and beeswax from the farm. The "Cévennes" version is composed of organic olive oil, coconut and organic shea butter, and a lichette of chestnut honey for a very natural scent.
