Florence Pantel uses her produce to prepare the daily meal, which consists of a seasonal salad, pie, gratin, meat dish with potatoes, cheese and homemade dessert. Ici, on respire la Lozère profonde et authentique. Accueil simple et chaleureux. Cuisine du terroir. Quel bonheur de déguster une omelette aux cèpes au mois d'octobre devant un bon feu de cheminée. Super.
