If this address is ideal for good food, in the sunshine, on a pleasant terrace, it is also a great place to stay as soon as the good season is over. Overlooking the Booz lake, wrapped in greenery, the restaurant takes advantage of a breathtaking setting from March 15 to December 15. Having worked there for twenty years at the Manoir de Montesquiou, Isabelle and Michaël create a cuisine in harmony with the enchanting setting of the place: creative, fresh and colourful, with a few nods to tradition. The couple also excels in hospitality and service, which are nothing but praise, as they are smiling, warm and humble.
