MATHIEU ROMAIN
Meat - Poultry
4.9/5
Recommended
Romain élève its Veaux race calves on the slopes of Mount Lozere between 1200 and 1500 m above sea level. They benefit from these pastures from spring to autumn, in winter it is the barn. A short resale circuit has been set up, with crates, which has been secured through the mark: " animals born, reared and slaughtered in Lozere ". It particularly appreciates its soft and rosée meat.
