The L'Atelier des Sens application restaurant trains between 450 and 500 students under the guidance of 22 practical teachers. Menus offer traditional catering, as well as "world cuisine", finger-food and institutional cuisine. A bakery-pastry section delights sweet palates. It's an enriching culinary experience, as young adults learn their trade with brio and touching awkwardness.
