Founded in 1985 by Jean-Marc, Daniel and Fernand, GAEC de Rousses is a family-run business now run by Jonathan and Thylia. Located at the foot of Mont Aigoual, the farm raises Aubrac cattle and heifers, dairy calves and pigs. Specializing in direct farm sales, the GAEC offers Aubrac beef, Lozère veal and fresh pork for summer grilling, as well as charcuterie and ready-cooked meals, featuring the authentic flavors of the Lozère Cévennes. A pure delight!
