Restaurant on the edge of the park of the castle of Carrière proposing a delicious kitchen of the soil in Marvejols.

On the edge of the park of the Château de Carrière, the Auberge has moved into the former stables of the estate, a kind of Petit Trianon in Lozère style. Eric and Aurélie have recently taken over this place dedicated to the pleasures of the palate, in a very contemporary and chic spirit. The menu is regularly renewed because the chef, Arnaud, only works with fresh produce and offers a delicious local cuisine. As a starter, a marbled foie gras with sweet onions and to follow the rack of lamb cannelloni of cabbage, served for the delight of your taste buds.

Un accueil en toute simplicité mais chaleureux dans un décor cosy. Un choix de menu restreint mais qui permet au chef de cuisiner des produits de qualité et de nous régaler.

Exellent restaurant ! Qualité prix imbatable les plats sont cuisinés les desserts delicieux seul petit bemol le pain .....c est dommage . Je vous recommande allez y !! Le lieu est magnifique ce qui ne gache rien .

Nous avons diner le 24 aout dans ce lieu magnifique et apaisant. La cuisine y est creative et gouteuse. J'ai apprécié chaque plat avec un coup de coeur pour le samoussa aux gesiers.
Le service est parfait. Un lieu a ne pas rater a Marvejols.

Je recommande le restaurant, je n'étais pas à l'hôtel. La cuisine était maîtrisé et savoureuse, les produits frais, très sympa ce repas. Le service très attentionné, le cadre un écrin de verdure.. sincèrement les prix extrêmement correct pour la qualité de la cuisine, du service et du cadre. Je reviendrai !
